Alden Consulting Group worked with senior management to select a group of employees from across the IT Department. Using our customized process-improvement methodologies, the team reviewed the current process; and developed and implemented a new process within 45 days. The new process dramatically reduced response time to cyber incidents. It included real-time reporting which helped senior leadership and the Board of Directors reduce this area from very high risk to medium risk.
